HOW TO BOOK THE PURPLE TRAILER FOR YOUR EVENT.

First: decide on the type of event you would like to host (see Pricing for more details):

OPEN (host guarantees $150 in sales).
HOSTED (host pays $150 per hour for us to be on site, and will be billed for items distributed to the guests).
PARTY PACKAGE. Talk to us about the options for children’s birthday parties.

Second: Fill out the form below.

Please note that we require a deposit of 50% of the event fee (nonrefundable) when you book your event (charged to your credit card). The balance will be collected on the day of the event.

Third: You will receive a confirmation.

Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a final confirmation of the date and times.

Please take note: In case of weather or a change in plans, we will be happy to reschedule for another time. However, the deposit is nonrefundable once the event has been booked and confirmed.

If it becomes necessary on our end to cancel or reschedule, we will refund your full deposit.
